Description of Works:-
- Installation of a new LPHW Heating System to the old Heritage Centre along with Hot & Cold Water Services, Air Conditioning to the newly formed Café & First Floor Conference Room with Full Heat Recovery Ventilation.
- This project posed various difficulties which primarily related to the structural resistances of the old building & Grade 2 listed parts.
- William Bailey also installed an entirely new Electrical installation comprising of Small power, data, Fire & Intruder Alarms, CCTV & retail spotlight scheme to the Visitors Centre.
