Description of Works:-
- Supply and install of a dedicated low temperature process chiller to serve a sandwich making cold room area along with all associated roof void plant, pressurisation system, Durapipe installation along with steam and condensate serving a further process unit off the existing common plant including the mechanical ventilation distribution to the process line incorporating a new dedicated AHU with appropriate high care and low care segregation, pressure regimes and sock duct installations over client shutdown periods working in an existing environment again managed as a turnkey management contractor package.
