Description of Works:-
- William Bailey carried out the full design and installation of both the Mechanical and Electrical Services achieving a Grade B EPC Energy Rating due to the highly efficient design utilising a 40 KW Ground Source Heat Pump with an array of 80 m deep bore holes.
- Underfloor heating and a heat recovery type whole house ventilation system with a commensurate high end Electrical Installation.
