Description of Works – The Bridge building is a purpose built 2 storey building containing wet labs, clean rooms and laboratories, including welfare areas WC’s, Tea Stations and store rooms. A wide variety of Mechanical Services were designed and installed by William Bailey, all detailed as follows:-

- Fume Cupboards
- BMS Controls Systems
- Laboratory Specialist Gases
- Air Conditioning
- Above ground drainage (Vulcathene and UPVC)
