Description of Works – A new three story building comprising of Teaching Areas, Staff Offices, Sports Hall, Command control room and canteen/Kitchen Area. A wide variety of Mechanical Services were designed and installed by William Bailey, all detailed as follows:-
- Incoming Services (New site Mains Cold water)
- LTHW Heating Systems fed from Air Source Heat Pumps
- Domestic Hot Water Services fed from Air Source Heat Pumps
- Boosted Tanked Domestic Cold Water Services
- Mechanical Ventilation Systems
- Breather Building Natural Ventilation System
- BMS Controls Systems
- Air Conditioning
- Above ground drainage (UPVC)
