Description of Works– Works at Serlby Park Academy were various. The newly constructed purpose built Primary & Secondary (small section for Nursery Children also) involved:-
- Full LPHW wet Heating System consisting of perimeter Radiators, Fan Coils & Finned heating
- New central Boiler House & a separate Cold Water Storage Tank/Booster Set Room
- Installation of various large AHU’s on the external Roof providing Ventilation to numerous parts of the School
- All services to the Food Tech Rooms, Science Labs & Arts/Dance Studio
- The Science & Food Tech had Gas Supplies taken to all Cookers & Lab Taps.
- The Labs had Vulcathene Waste systems
- All Classrooms had NVHR Ventilation Units
- The Dance Studio had full Comfort Cooling
