Description of Works:-
- Supply and installation of 6 No. large external air handling units to provide close control laminar flow air distribution to the cheese curing rooms at low temperature served via a dedicated 1500kW air cooled chiller and associated in-duct trim coils, installation of process boosted cold water, tanked boosted cold water, wash down facilities, cleaning / wash troughs and stainless steel drainage, BMS and Controls wiring.
