Location: 3 Wards – Vascular Hybrid, Angiography and Hybrid Operation Theatre Main Contractor: Interserve Contract Value: £1.9m Contract Duration: 32 weeks Description of Works – Refurbishment of two existing Wards and a new purpose built Operation Theatre.  The following services were installed:-

• Domestic Hot Water Services
• Boosted Domestic Cold Water Services
• Boosted Lab Cold Water Services (Cat 5)
• Ventilation Systems
• BMS Control Systems
• Above ground drainage (Vulcathene and UPVC)
• Chiller Plant
• Air Handling Plant
• Extension of existing District Heating
