As a business William Bailey Ltd provide Laboratory, Medical and Process Specialist Gas amalgamated solutions as part of our overall Building Services offerings to clients covering the various market sectors as identified in our Case Studies.
These comprise all types of gas installations from simple Argon systems to ultra high purity systems for the electronics industry along with some highly flammable / toxic gases such as hydrogen sulphide in Argon and fluorocarbons and many in between, namely:-

- Nitrogen (N2)
- Methane (CH4)
- Helium (He)
- Krypton (Kr)
- Fluroform (CHF3)
- Neon (Ne)
The above systems are undertaken in various forms of pipework installations from brazed copper to some high purity / flammable gases installed with orbital TIG welding.
Some aspects of the manufacture are undertaken off site in a controlled environment and fully pressure tested prior to incorporation into the on site works as part of our QA protocol.
We also offer all aspects of manufacture and light fabrication works associated with gas cages, specialist gas manifold installations, the overhaul of various types of gas control equipment, gas auto-change units, gas regulators and gas detector systems in order to monitor the abnormal presence or depletion of a range of gases (including Oxygen / enrichment and Carbon) with addressable panels, sounders and beacons linked back through site wide BMS Control systems.
We also undertake natural gas installations to various Educational facilities including laboratories and many catering facilities including Gas Proving installations and Carbon Monoxide detection across various sectors all covered via our Gas Safe qualified Engineers.
In addition we also provide compressed air, vacuum plant and associated pipework installations utilising both traditional welded construction depending on pressure and proprietary Transair / Polyethylene type products.
