- Workshop Area heated via Gas Fired Radiant Panels
- Installation of high end Sanitary ware & Waste system to the private & public toilets
- Hot Water supplies provided via point of use Water Heaters
- The Cellular Office had local HRU Ventilation Units installed for Fresh Air purposes
- Wm Bailey Designed & Installed specialised Ventilation to the ‘Dyno Room’ where the Motorbikes were tested prior to leaving the Premises.
